Constitution

The Forster/Tuncurry Inc. Constitution was adopted in 1994, amended in 2000, 2009 and again on 20 July, 2015.

It is based on the following objects:

 2.1  to provide and conduct educational opportunities for residents of

        the district who are 50 years of age or over; 

 2.2 to provide daytime courses and classes as accessible as possible to members;

 2.3 to conduct the program on a purely voluntary basis;

 2.4 to offer the courses and classes free of charge, apart from costs to cover

       materials and venue hire/admission charges; 

 2.5 to keep membership fees as low as possible; 

 2.6 to provide courses and classes as far as possible as suggested by members; 

 2.7 that tutors as far as possible should be members; 

 2.8 to do all such other things as may be incidental to the attainment of 

       such objects.
